Jole Anti Acne Azelaic acid Serum 30ml

Inflammation:

Thanks to azelaic acid, the serum has an anti-inflammatory, exfoliating and antibacterial effect. Azelaic acid is recommended by dermatologists in the treatment of mild to moderate acne and as maintenance therapy after achieving remission. Niacinamide is also present in the serum, it reduces the production of sebum, which reduces the appearance of comedones and reduces rashes.

Restoration of the epidermal barrier:

The irritating effect of Azelaic acid in this serum is compensated by ingredients that soothe and restore the skin's epidermal barrier: Niacinamide, which, according to numerous studies, stimulates the skin to synthesize ceramides, slows transepidermal moisture loss. Squalane and amino acids, ingredients familiar to the skin, protect it from drying out and maintain long-term hydration.

Redness:

Research shows that azelaic acid and niacinamide effectively reduce the activity of pro-inflammatory mediators and suppress inflammation. Azelaic acid is also effective as a means of reducing the manifestation of rosacea. The serum also contains powerful healing and soothing ingredients: Bisabolol, Allantoin.

Hyperpigmentation:

Azelaic acid slows down the formation of pigment in post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, inhibits the production of the enzyme tyrosinase, which is involved in the production and transfer of pigment. That is, it prevents the pigment from penetrating the skin cells and coloring them. The American Association of Dermatologists recommends it as an effective treatment for mild to moderate inflammatory acne and as a treatment for post-inflammatory pigmentation. Niacinamide blocks the transfer of melanosomes (bubbles with pigment) from melanocytes (cells responsible for pigmentation) to keratinocytes (epidermal cells).

Improvement of microcirculation:

In places of rashes, the microcirculation of blood in the skin deteriorates, swelling appears. This serum relieves the spasm of microarteries and main vessels of the dermis, improves lymph flow.

Anti-aging effect:

Numerous studies have shown that Niacinamide reduces the appearance of wrinkles, increases the activity of fibroblasts and collagen synthesis. Due to the powerful antioxidants in the serum, it slows down the aging of the skin.

Azelaic acid (according to research, source PubMed):

Niacinamide (according to numerous medical studies, PubMed source):

• improves skin tone and elasticity;
• accelerates the synthesis of skin structural proteins: collagen, keratin;
• effectively fights acne;
• provides anti-inflammatory effect;

• helps fight pigment spots, post-acne spots;
• strengthens the barrier function of the skin;
• evens skin tone.

Squalane:

• is a natural component of human sebum;
• protects the skin from dehydration;
• provides an antioxidant effect.

Bisabolol (an ingredient derived from chamomile):

• soothes the skin and reduces redness;
• stimulates the healing process of the skin;
• reduces peeling in case of excessive dryness and xerosis.

Allantoin:

• stimulates renewal epidermis;
• accelerates tissue regeneration and slows down cell aging;
• helps exfoliate keratinized cells, prevents the appearance of black dots;
• powerful antioxidant, neutralizes the harmful effects of free radicals;
• promotes healing of the skin, restores its barrier properties.

Amino acids (valine, proline, serine, lysine):

• components of the skin's natural moisturizing factor;
• contributes to maintaining an optimal level of hydration in the stratum corneum;
• prevents transepidermal moisture loss;
• provides long-lasting hydration.

Apply once a day, preferably in the evening, a small amount on cleansed skin of the face and neck. After the serum, apply a light moisturizing cream. We do not recommend applying simultaneously with products containing Retinol, Acids. Use with caution around the eyes. When applying, use products with SPF 30.

Stage

1. Gentle cleansing of the skin without aggressive surfactants, preferably non-foaming products.
2. Increased desquamation, reduction production of sebum, cleaning of clogged pores, suppression of pathogen activity, acidification of PH: skin toning with Jole Toner Anti Acne Exfoliating.

Additional recommendations when using the Jole Acne Control system:

1. Try to follow an acne diet and a normal drinking regime.
2. Cleansers should not have a PH above 6.
3. Moisturize the skin well.
4. Choose sunscreens that protect against ultraviolet A (UV-A) and UV-B rays . Mineral UV filters have the least irritating potential: titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
5. Avoid applying products that create a tight occlusion on the skin.
6. Avoid waterproof cosmetics and heavy foundations that are difficult to apply and remove without irritating solvents.
7. Avoid toners with alcohol, menthols, camphor and products containing sodium lauryl sulfate.
